We always strive at Amara Wellness to provide quality based services to all individuals who receive our services. Additionally, we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and always work to protect and uphold the rights of the individuals that we serve. We are committed to treating every individual with dignity and respect.
A recipient of our services, an individual has the right to voice their concern(s) or grievance. We have worked hard to develop a grievance “process” and “policy” that is both fair and encourages and promotes open and honest communication aimed at resolutions. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how we may resolve issues, remove any barriers, and improve service delivery.
Note: If you would like to file an “official” grievance please contact our Grievance Coordinator directly at 704-319-7638. She will explain our grievance process and ask for you to complete a grievance form. If you need assistance filling out the form, we will link you with a staff member who can assist you.
At Amara Wellness, we are always striving to improve our service delivery and quality. We welcome your input, suggestions, or recommendations on how we may delivery our services in a more beneficial or helpful way. We are always looking to expand our services, and if there is a consumer need that you know of that we do not currently meet, we would be more than glad to discuss this with you.
We also like to know when we are doing things “right”, and would welcome your comments when a staff member goes out of there way or above and beyond to assist you, a loved one, or family member. Feel free to drop us a line and let us know how we helped someone.
